Testimonials

Ikobeng Gracias Selelo

Speaker of the national assembly

Young Minds Africa was nothing short of a godsent. As a final year student who was passionate about entrepreneurship, I found the training sessions imperative, because they prepared me for the 'cut throat' business world. The skills & knowledge imparted were instrumental in helping me navigate the hurdles I encountered. YMA has sharpened my business acumen, and for that I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude, to the organisation, it's founders & sponsors.

Motlatsi Sharon Mogorosi

Leader of opposition

Being part of the Model Parliament was an eye opener. I have been able to work with like minded women and model an inclusive and equitable Parliament. I am grateful for the opportunity to have served as the Leader of Opposition as I had the capacity to present and support an opposing vision for our country. Furthermore, leading the opposition bench has been a nourishment to my leadership skills and honed my will to be a principled and value oriented leader. Lastly, I am delighted to have received intelligence and training from political figures and experts in the political field. I would like to thank Young Minds Africa and the US Embassy for bringing my vision of an inclusive and youthful Botswana parliament to life.
